At times you may have to change your password. We recommend using a long passphrase or complex password that only you know and will remember.
New Account?
If you have recently requested a new account you will need to first change your password. When we setup your account for the first time we assign you a password, but request that you change it immediately to something that is secure and that you will remember. Please be aware that your passwords are stored securely and encrypted. We have no way to lookup your password or tell you what it is. If you forget your password, we can reset it for you..
Change Password
To reset your password, login web mail with your new email address and the password provided.
Launch Enhanced Webmail Portal
Once you are logged in click your profile icon in the upper right corner. Click My Account.
In the dialog window that opens, enter your new password and confirm your password. When finished, click Save. You can also choose to alternatively Update your password and make sure all devices are logged out of your account.
Once you have changed your password, click save to close the dialog box.
Password Recovery
Please contact Biz Harvest support via email at care@bizharvest.com to have your password reset. Please do not include your password in the email. We will reset it to a generated password and then we recommend you login and reset your password.
