Password & Recovery - Standard
At times you may have to change your password. We recommend using a long passphrase or complex password that only you know and will remember.
New Account?
If you have recently requested a new account you will need to first change your password. When we setup your account for the first time we assign you a password, but request that you change it immediately to something that is secure and that you will remember. Please be aware that your passwords are stored securely and encrypted. We have no way to lookup your password or tell you what it is. If you forget your password, we can reset it for you..
Change Password
To reset your password, login web mail with your new email address and the password provided.
Launch Standard Web Mail Portal
Once you are logged in click on the menu button on the upper right corner of the screen and click on the settings link.
A dialog window will open. Click on the "Change Password" button to begin to change your password. You will be required to enter your old password (the one you just logged in with) and enter your new password twice.
Once you have changed your password, click save to close the dialog box.
Password Recovery
Password recovery allows you to reset your password if you ever forget it. It works by texting your mobile phone number a code to reset your password. We encourage all users to setup password recovery on all email accounts.
Once you are logged in click on the menu button on the upper right corner of the screen and click on the Update Phone link.
A dialog window will open. Enter your mobile phone number and click on Save Number. You will receive a 6 digit code in a text message to the entered mobile phone number.
Enter the 6 digit verification code in the next screen, and click Verify.
If the code is correct, you will be taken to the following screen. If it does not work you can click on the “resend code” link and try again.
