Cannot Send Email (iPhone)

Problem

Get an error when trying to send an email from the iPhone.

Solution

This is caused because your email configuration does not contain a username and password for the OUTGOING server. Follow the steps below to set your username and password.

Check our status page to make sure that there are no outages or service disruptions.

Launch Status Page

Use our email support portal for your specific configuration settings.

Launch Email Support Wizard

  1. Open your mail settings

    • Touch "Settings" on your home screen

    • Touch "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"

    • Touch the account that you are having issues with (listed in the right hand column)

    • Touch on the account

  2. Under OUTGOING MAIL SERVER

    • Touch SMTP

  3. Under PRIMARY SERVER

    • Touch your email server (probably will be (secure..emailsrvr.com)

    • Make sure you have your username and password filled in

      • Username: Should by your full email address

      • Password: The password you originally setup
