Share Your Google Analytics Account
This help document guides you through the process of sharing access to your Google Analytics account and granting privileges to another user. Admin privileges allow the user to perform various tasks, such as managing users, editing account settings, and deleting data views. Please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure a successful and secure sharing process.
To share your Google Analytics account with BizHarvest, please refer to the email provided with our Google Analytics administration address. Please make sure you either provide “Administrator” or “Editor” access.

Ensure that the ‘Notify new users by email’ option is checked if you want the user to receive an email notification about the access.
Save Changes:
Click on the ‘Add’ button to save the changes and grant access to the user.
Verify the Access:
Ask the user to check their email for the invitation and sign in to Google Analytics to ensure they have received the access with the correct privileges.
Alternatively, you can check the ‘User Management’ section to verify that the user has been added successfully.
Inform the User:
It's a good practice to inform the new admin about their responsibilities and the importance of securing their Google account, as they now have significant control over the Google Analytics account.
Conclusion:
By following these steps, you have successfully shared your Google Analytics account with another user and granted them access privileges. It is crucial to be cautious when providing admin access, as it gives the user substantial control over the account settings and user management. Always ensure that the individual you are providing access to is trustworthy and understands the responsibilities that come with admin privileges.
